During your Main Phase: You can activate this effect; neither player can Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except Level/Rank/Link-2 monsters, also detach 1 material from your monster, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Level 2 monster from your Deck. You can only use this effect of "Gigantic Splight" once per turn.
