Card Description

Once per turn, if a monster(s) is Normal or Special Summoned (except during the Damage Step): You can target 1 WATER monster you control; until the end of this turn, it loses Attack equal to its original Attack, also all face-up monsters your opponent currently controls lose Attack equal to the targeted monster's original Attack. You can only activate 1 "Inion Cradel the Icejade Depths" per turn.
